Once we have received the product, it will take 10-14 business days for you to receive you refund. For payments via Affirm, the refund can take up to 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund.
You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.
The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.
We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that Bugaboo reserves the right not to pay the full refund.
All returns are free of charge
You can track your order by logging into bugaboo.mp-returns.com and entering your order number and zip code/email address. If you select the tracking number for the return label you created you will be able to track your return order. Once received by our warehouse, the refund process will start.
The refund process will start once we have received the return product(s) at our facilities. It usually takes 10-14 business for us to process the refund for you. Please note, the refund can only be returned back to the original payment method used to place the order.
Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet.
Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 90 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.
Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the payment method you used while placing the order. After that, you can choose your desired product and place a new order at Bugaboo.com.
