If you bought online with Bugaboo.com your products will be added to the 'my products' section as soon as the products are shipped. If you registered your product, you should see your product immediately. If you applied for extended warranty it is possible that you need to refresh first before you can see the changed warranty status. If you experience any problems, please contact customer service.
