Imitation / Fake Bugaboo® products detected 

Being a successful brand unfortunately also means people will try to imitate your products. We are aware of the fact that imitation Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Bee pushchairs are being sold by unauthorised retailers or on the internet. These products do not comply with our strict Bugaboo safety standards, nor do they comply with international safety regulations set by recognised international bodies.

We want to make you aware of this and strongly recommend you to only purchase Bugaboo products at official retailers or at Bugaboo.com. A list of authorised retailers can be found on our retail locator page. Please note that at this moment the only online platforms where Bugaboo sells its products itself are Amazon (US) and Tmall (China).* We do not sell new Bugaboo products through online marketplaces like eBay, Alibaba or Taobao, and we do not sell directly from our factory in China to retailers or consumers.

If you have recently bought or are planning to buy a Bugaboo Cameleon or Bugaboo Bee from an online marketplace and want to ensure you are not purchasing a fake pushchair, please contact our customer service centre. They can help you identify the authenticity of your pushchair. In the event you have bought a fake Bugaboo product, we regret to inform you that we can’t provide any service or guarantee the product’s safety, even if you have been able to register your product via our website (Bugaboo.com).

Should you need service and/or you have a guarantee request, please always contact your retailer first. Also, we strongly advise you ask for an official receipt from the authorised dealer you have bought your pushchair from and that you keep and store your original receipt carefully. We need the receipt in case of any service/guarantee request.
