FAQ - returns
Please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return. They will create a return number for you to fill in on the return form included in the box. This will speed up the returns process.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days (for pushchairs) and 30 days (for luggage systems) of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging.
All returns are free of charge. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return. Our service team will send you a return label via email which you will need to print out.
You can either drop off the return product at your local post office or have it picked up by a courier.
Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.
Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, we will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. Money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Bugaboo product.
