The Bugaboo warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Therefore you might have questions on how this will affect how you shop with us on Bugaboo.com when the UK officially withdraws from the European Union, starting from 12:00 am on the 1st January 2021. For our Bugaboo customers resident in the UK, we want to minimise as much as possible the impact. Please rest assured there will be no additional costs or duties which could arise from these changes. We have tried to answer any possible questions you might have below.
We will not be making any changes to our shipping charges (where applicable) in response to the UK no longer being part of the EU.
We will continue to ship to the UK as usual up until 28th December 2020, and we will be working hard to ensure that all orders placed up until this date reach the UK before the 1st January 2021. We anticipate some delays to orders placed after the 28th December 2020, as orders entering the UK from the EU will have to pass through border checks as of 1st January 2021. We have done everything to adjust the systems and processes currently in place so that we can to ensure everything will run as smoothly as possible. Delivery times are likely to be impacted as everyone adjusts to the new requirements. Delays of up to two weeks are expected, which we hope will be reduced in the future.
There will be no change to the Warranty policy, since the current legal warranty regulations continue to apply even after the 1st January 2021. As always, please make sure to inspect the parcel upon delivery to confirm if everything is in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as you have received it. In case of damage, we will arrange for a new product to be delivered as soon as possible.

If what you have ordered isn’t right for you and you would like to return part or all the products you’ve ordered, you can continue to do so by following our returns process. We recommend you to print off and complete the returns form found here. Also, to make things easier, always keep a note of your RMA/reference number always at hand, in case you would like to check the status of the return. We expect there to be some delays with returns coming back to our warehouse from the UK, potentially up to four weeks. We will process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible once we have received your product(s) back.
