Yes, but only in EMEA & Asia. In these regions, the Bugaboo Donkey 3 Mono (in facing parent configuration) has a new maximum load capacity of 15 kg. All other maximum load capacities, such as Duo, Twin, side luggage basket, and underseat basket, remain unchanged. That has to do with the local regulations for the stroller's stability in the Mono, facing-parent configuration. In the other configurations, the extra weight of the Duo/Twin seat and wider chassis benefits the product's stability.
