Returns Policy

Bugaboo.com has a Returns Policy for the Bugaboo® strollers and a Returns Policy for the Bugaboo® Luggage systems. Below we describe the two return policies and how we process refunds.

Missing product/wrong product

After the product has been delivered, please check the contents of the parcel straight away. If you notice a product or any part of it is missing, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. All Bugaboo parcels are inspected based on their weight to check for potential irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.

What is the Returns Policy for Bugaboo® strollers?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days after the product was received to get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product, please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won´t get a full refund.

All returns are free of charge (including shipping costs). So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase or part of your purchase you can return your product following the below instructions:

  • Please fill in our contact form
  • Specify your order number and the item code of the article you would like to return
  • Customer service agents will create a pre-paid return label for you to add on the package
  • The product can then be brought to any UPS drop off location

 

We do not support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process as above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

 

How and when will I get my refund?

How you get a refund depends on the payment method used to place the order. If you select to pay with a credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, the order amount will be refunded to the card, PayPal or Klarna account used during the order checkout. If you select to pay via iDeal, the order amount will be transferred to your bank account.

The complete refund process, starting the moment you drop off the product to send it back to us, can take up to 14 days. Once we receive the product, it takes around 9 days in total for us to process the refund and for you to receive payment. Please note: if you pay via Klarna, the complete refund process might take up to 30 days. We may withhold the refund amount until we receive the product or a confirmation that the product has been shipped back to us.

What is the Returns Policy for Bugaboo® luggage systems?
