Missing/wrong product

After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of delivery. All bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion. 

 

 

What is the return policy for Bugaboo® strollers?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days after the product was received to get a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, user instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you will not get the full refund.

All returns are free of charge (including shipping costs). So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase or part of your purchase you can return your product following the below steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return.

2. They will create a return number for you that will be shared to you by email.

3. Add the return number on the packing slip.

4. You may either drop off the returned product at your local post office or have it picked up by a courier based on the instruction that you receive by email.

We do not support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process as above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

How and when do I get my refund?

The refund depends on your selected payment method. The money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your bugaboo product.
