First, pass the wires through the designated holes in the sun canopy fabric—you will have two wire ends on each side of the fabric.

Add a clamp to each side and make sure that the wire ends are all attached to the clamp.

Then, secure them with the elastic loops.

Finally, attach the clamps to each side of the seat/bassinet frame.
