You can return items within 90 days of the purchase date if you’re not 100% satisfied with them. We will refund you the full amount you’ve paid for the product only when you returned it within the 90-day standard period.
The products for which the general returns policy applies are accessories, parts, car seats, travel cots, special stroller editions, strollers purchased as part of a promotion.
For strollers purchased at their regular price, specific policies and conditions are applied (see the next section).
When purchasing a stroller* at Bugaboo.com, the 100 day money back guarantee offers consumers the opportunity to buy a stroller at Bugaboo.com, try it out and return it within 100 days after purchasing it if they’re not fully satisfied with it. The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.
We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that Bugaboo reserves the right not to pay the full refund.
All returns are free of charge
The refund process will start once we have received the returned product. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for us to process the refund and for you to receive payment. Please note: when you choose to pay via Klarna, the complete refund process can take up to 30 days. The refund will always be paid to the same payment method used to place the order.
Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet.
Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 90 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.
Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the payment method you used while placing the order. After that, you can choose your desired product and place a new order at Bugaboo.com.
