Q: When should my baby go from bassinet to seat?

The transition from bassinet to seat takes place at about 6 months of age or when the baby can sit up by themselves. We also recommend checking with your family doctor for more information.

Q: Can I use parts from other brands with my Bugaboo product?

Our Bugaboo replacement parts are designed to work in perfect harmony with your Bugaboo product. Therefore, we do not recommend using parts designed by other brands with your Bugaboo product, as they haven't been tested against our safety standards.

How do I assemble the carrycot? How do I assemble the carrycot?

To assemble the carrycot from the carrycot fabric, you will need a carrycot frame, a wooden board, a carrycot mattress and an apron (all available to purchase separately). First, attach the Velcro pieces on the carrycot fabric to the carrycot frame. Insert the wooden board and secure it with the three stiffeners on the carrycot fabric. Then, place the mattress on the board and zip the apron onto the carrycot fabric. Finally, attach the rotating carry handle to the carrycot frame—you should hear a clicking sound.
