FAQ | Shipping and delivery
All orders that contain a Bugaboo stroller or which have a value of more than €40, will be shipped free-of-charge under normal standard shipping lead-times. For all non-strollers orders with a value of less than €40 (in local currency £40 or 300 DKK or 400 SEK) , a shipping fee of €4 (in local currency £4 or 59 DKK or 79 SEK) will be added to your invoice. In case you would like your order to be shipped as an express shipment, this is possible for an additional fee of €20 (in local currency £20 or 150 DKK or 200 SEK) which will be added to your invoice.
You can deliver to a different address then your billing address, for example your work address or family address. You only need to make sure that they are both located in the same country. You can also refer to another contact person who will receiving the package.
Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet.
Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 90 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.
Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the payment method you used while placing the order. After that, you can choose your desired product and place a new order at Bugaboo.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. For orders above 2 kg this shipment confirmation will include a link which you can use to track and trace the status of the delivery of your order. For the Netherlands and United Kingdom orders below 2 kg are not traceable, but will be delivered within the standard delivery time.
Orders received before 3:30 pm typically ship on the same day and all other orders typically ship within 1 business day. When your order has shipped, a shipment notification e-mail will be sent to you. If you have not received a shipment notification e-mail, please log into your account and review current order to review the status of your order. Alternatively you can contact our customer service department. Find customer service details here.
Once we have received your order, approved your payment, and verified that the products are in stock, we will ship your order within one business day. If we received your order before 1.30pm it will even ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has left our warehouse. Delivery times differ per country. After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you miss a product please contact Bugaboo Customer Service within 48 hours. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
You can check the status of your order by accessing the "My Account" on the site and entering your e-mail address and password. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Once the order has left our warehouse, the tracking number will be included in this mail with a link to carrier's site where you can track your order in transit.
We work with different carriers for different countries, your carrier will be mentioned in the tracking URL provided in the shipping confirmation. To the Netherlands and the United Kingdom we ship the smaller parts via post.
