We do not charge your credit card until your order has been dispatched.
Please contact to arrange the tax you believe you can claim back. Unfortunately Bugaboo can't do anything to help you with.
Your e-invoice will be send once your order has left our warehouse. So at the same time as the shipping confirmation. If you haven't received either, your order hasn't left our warehouse yet. If you have receive your shipping confirmation, but you haven't received your e-invoice please contact our customer service center for this information.
Unfortunately we can't change the invoice address as entered when placing order. As for certain reasons you can only add an invoice address which is located in the same country as your ship-to-address. Please contact www.vatfree.com to see how they can help you with trying to get the VAT refunded.
If your e-invoice is incorrect, the most likely thing is that your order is incorrect as well. Please double check earlier communication as well. To make sure you will receive the correct products and invoice, please contact our customer service department.
We have different VAT calculations for different countries. Please double check the VAT percentages used. If Bugaboo isn't registered for the VAT in your country, you will get the Dutch VAT calculation on your invoice (21%). If you have any other issues with the VAT calculation, please contact our customer service center.
If you have chosen to pay with a bank transfer the order must be paid within 14 business days. If the order has not been paid within this term, your order will automatically be cancelled.
There are different payment methods per country. To see which payment methods are available for your country please go to the ordering info.
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction.
Your card may have expired or reached its limit.
A credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.
Your billing information does not match the billing information on record with your credit card company.
Your credit card company may have a restriction on orders exceeding a specific threshold.
If you do have problems, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
