FAQ | My orders
You can track the status of your order in your account; see the section 'My orders'. When you place an order, you will receive e-mails with your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and an invoice. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order status on the website of the concerned carrier. In some cases (in the UK and the Netherlands) a package below 2 kg will sent by postal service and will not include a tracking number.
After ordering your Bugaboo product, it will be visible in your account under 'My orders' after 5 minutes. As soon as the order has been shipped, it will be visible in 'My products'. If you order through Bugaboo.com, your product is automatically registered and you will receive an extended warranty. If your order does not appear under your account, please contact customer service.
If you see any discrepancies in the order information listed for your account under the 'My orders' section, please contact customer service.
