Yes, the Bugaboo Bee Seat and Bugaboo Bee Sun Canopy fabrics are machine washable while the Bugaboo Bee Pram Body fabrics are hand washable. Please always refer to the washing instructions on the individual fabrics for more detailed information. Be sure to remove any removable parts (for example, the wires in the Bugaboo Bee³ Sun Canopy) before washing.

The Bugaboo Bee Baby Cocoon is a soft, flexible accessory which needs to be placed on top of the flat lying seat unit. In the Bugaboo Bee Baby Cocoon, your child needs to be secured in the harness. The Bugaboo Bee³ Bassinet clicks on to the chassis instead of the seat unit, offering your child a safe and comfortable ride without the need for a harness. For questions about using your Bugaboo seat unit, the Baby Cocoon or bassinet, please contact the Service team.

Please be aware that luggage rules may vary per airline and we advise contacting your airline prior to traveling for additional information.We recommend using the Bugaboo Compact Transport Bag for the Bugaboo Bee⁵, Bugaboo Bee³ and Bugaboo Bee and checking your stroller as odd-sized luggage. Bugaboo car seat adapters provide a safe and easy connection between the car seat and your Bugaboo stroller. Please view our compatible car seat adapter page and select the model of your stroller from the drop down menu. From there you can find the car seat models that are compatible with the Bugaboo car seat adapter.

The stroller parts are packaged in separate boxes in order to ship you your unique combination of colors and fabrics. You’ll receive 1. rain cover, 2. seat unit, 3. seat fabric, 4. chassis with wheels and underseat basket, 5. wheel caps, 6. grips, 7. extendable sun canopy, 8. wires for the sun canopy. Yes, the pram body base and pram body adapters and are fully compatible with the Bugaboo Bee +, Bugaboo Bee 3 and Bugaboo Bee 5. The fabrics for the pram body, including the pram body wall and pram body apron, are offered in the Bugaboo Bee 5 color options, but these have been designed to fit the Bugaboo Bee 3 pram body.

We offer several styles of wheel caps for the Bugaboo Bee⁵ so you can customize your stroller to suit your personal style. Technically, you don’t need to use the wheel caps. However, when you don’t use them, the wheels can accumulate dirt and dust more easily.

The Bugaboo Bee⁵ seat fabric, handlebar grips, wheel caps are not compatible with the Bugaboo Bee³ or the 2010 model of the Bugaboo Bee. The Bugaboo Bee⁵ sun canopy will fit the Bugaboo Bee³.

A new feature of the Bugaboo Bee⁵ is the padded seat fabric: we’ve added an extra layer of foam; this ‘pillow top’ seat fabric lining offers extra protection around the head and is more comfortable for sleeping. The seat foam is made of high grade polyethylene closed cell foam.

The chassis might be blocking the back rest, or the seat simply may be in its most reclined position. If you find the seat doesn’t recline, gently wiggle the backrest while operating the release handle. In many cases the lock is obstructed or stuck. By gently wiggling the backrest you can easily release the lock.

Our design team has made improvements to the durability and functionality of the stroller, including an improved driving experience for a smoother ride, an improved seat design, and improved seat comfort. We’ve made the stroller compliant to with the latest safety requirements. Clean the chassis with a soft towel and lukewarm water and wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth. Use a soft brush to clean sand from the mechanisms and sliding tubes of the frame. To clean the foam on the handlebar, please use a sponge, warm water and liquid soap and gently rub the area that needs to be cleaned. Wipe clean any soap residue left on the metal part of the handlebar.

Damage from transportation (for example airline transportation) is not covered by the manufacturing warranty, however we can help you with the assessment of the damage and with useful documentation in case you need to make a claim to the airline's insurance to cover the cost of a new Bugaboo Bee³ or for a part to be replaced.

We recommend using either the Bugaboo Bee³ Baby Cocoon or the Bugaboo Bee³ Pram Body to ensure maximum comfort and safety for your newborn.

We recommend using the Bugaboo Compact Transport Bag for the Bugaboo Bee³ and checking your stroller as odd-sized luggage. This will prevent your stroller from getting damaged. The Bugaboo Bee³ Pram Body is compatible with the Bugaboo Bee (2010 model).

Yes, the Bugaboo Rain Cover fits the Bugaboo Bee³ Pram Body as well as the Bugaboo Bee³ Seat.

Unfortunately, the Bugaboo Bee³ Bassinet is not suitable for use in the car. We recommend purchasing a certified car seat in combination with our car seat adapters
