Yes, but only in EMEA & Asia. The Bugaboo Donkey 3 Mono in facing parent configuration has a new maximum load capacity of 15 kg. All other maximum load capacities, such as Duo, Twin, side luggage basket and underseat basket remain unchanged.

The new wheels result in a product weight reduction, to pass all necessary tests to comply with EN1888 a dual weight communication is necessary.

The Mono facing parent configuration is most extreme in side stability tests. In all other configurations the extra weight of the Duo/Twin seat and widened chassis benefits the stability of the product.

Yes, they are. However do note, that the Bugaboo Donkey 3 underseat basket has integrated fasteners. Without the fasteners of the Bugaboo Donkey 2 it is not possible to attach a Bugaboo Donkey 2 underseat basket to a Bugaboo Donkey 3 chassis. Also grips and wheel caps of Bugaboo Donkey 3 are not compatible with older models, due to new wheel, top handlebar and carry handle design.

The Bugaboo Donkey 3 seat fabric, pram body fabric, apron, and sun canopy are all detachable and machine washable. Care labels attached to each fabric itself relate to the specific washing instructions for that item. Ensure you detach the stiffeners from the pram body fabric before washing. The Bugaboo Donkey 3 mattress cover and the aerated inlay of the mattress are detachable and machine washable. The aerated inlay is placed on top of the mattress foam and can be removed by taking off the mattress cover. The mattress foam can be cleaned with a damp cloth. After washing, ensure that all mattress parts are dry and replaced in their original position. The aerated inlay should be placed on top of the foam mattress, please refer to the instruction drawings. Do not use the mattress without the aerated inlay. The Bugaboo Donkey 3 underseat basket and Side Luggage Basket are non-washable, but can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. When washing the fabric, remember the following: - maximum temperature 30°C (cold wash) - do not bleach - do not tumble dry - do not iron or dry clean.

Unfortunately this combination is not possible, as key parts of your mattress will be missing. An additional Bugaboo Donkey mattress needs to be purchased to complete your stroller.

Yes, the new Bugaboo Donkey 3 sun canopy/Bugaboo 3 breezy sun canopy is compatible with previous Bugaboo Donkey models.

In order to turn your Bugaboo Donkey 3 from a Mono to a Duo stroller, please apply the brake to your stroller, take the side luggage basket out, and undo the 3 extension clips on the chassis. Extend the chassis to the double configuration and close the clips again. Now you can add the second seat or pram body to your Bugaboo Donkey 3.
