- Does the extended warranty apply to all Bugaboo products?
No. The extended 4-year warranty is exclusive to new Bugaboo strollers, Bugaboo Giraffe base chairs, and Bugaboo Giraffe rocker frames purchased on Bugaboo.com, or correctly registered products bought elsewhere. The standard manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months, starting from the date of purchase as indicated on the sales receipt. You can register eligible products online here within three months of purchase to receive the additional two years of warranty. (Bugaboo.com purchases are automatically registered.)
- How long is the warranty for other Bugaboo products?
For stroller accessories, high chair accessories, car seats, travel cots, and Certified Refurbished items, the standard warranty is 24 months. Learn more about our warranty policies here.
