The bassinet is designed for newborns who can't sit upright without support or roll over and push themselves up on their hands and knees. It supports babies up to a maximum weight of 9 kg (20 lbs). Your child is typically ready to switch to the stroller seat around 6 months of age – but keep in mind that this depends on their personal development. Some signs that your child is ready to move to the seat include: Good head control, ability to sit up or in a semi-upright position, outgrowing the bassinet, and showing increased engagement with their surroundings. If you're in doubt, check with your pediatrician.
