Missing/wrong product
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact “+81-(0)3-6841-4116 / service.jp@bugaboo.com” within 48 hours after you've received it. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
What is the return policy for Bugaboo® strollers?
You can return a product because of, defective (within 7 days after the delivery date), or damaged product (except damage of outer box) due to shipping (within 7 days after the delivery date). You can return your order within 7 days after you received the product to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be new and not used only with tag, and in the original packaging. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. If the product or original package is damaged when trying it, there is a chance that you don't get a full refund.
Please contact “+81-(0)3-6041-4116 / service.jp@bugaboo.com” to let them know which product you would like to return. Our e-commerce coordinator checks the condition of the product and decides if you're eligible for a return.
We do not support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process as above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.
How and when do I get my refund?
The money will be refunded to the account that was used for the original payment. The money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Bugaboo product.
