Returns・Cancellations

Returned Products/Cancellations

Customers cannot return/cancel products (that is to say, a customer cannot withdraw his/her offer for a sales agreement or terminate the sales agreement) at their own convenience.

Product Defect Liability

Defective Products

Where a product is found to be defective or contains a flaw, a customer may be able to return the product by notifying our company within seven (7) days of the receipt thereof. For details of the conditions pertaining to returns, please refer to the User Agreement.

Product Price

The product is sold for the tax-inclusive product price displayed on the relevant site of our company. Where the tax-excluded price is displayed, a separate consumption tax is added. In addition, this does not include a delivery fee. Regarding the delivery fee, please see the “Product Delivery Fee” section below.

Product Delivery Fee

The delivery fee is prescribed herein below.

No delivery fee shall be charged when the total amount of orders exceeds JPY5000, while a delivery fee of JPY500 (excl VAT) shall apply when the total amount of orders does not exceed JPY5000.

Payment Period

The product shall be subject to payment at the time the sales agreement of the product is executed. However, with respect to the billing date, the conditions separately agreed between you and your credit card company shall apply.

Product Delivery Period

The product will be delivered to the address designated by the customer within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the sales agreement of the product is executed. (However, this excludes cases where a separate delivery period has been otherwise agreed with the customer or where an expected delivery date is notified by our company). For other matters pertaining to product delivery, please refer to the User Agreement.
