How to return a product
We do not accept refunds due to product defects, exchanges, or refunds at the convenience of the customer.

If the product is found to be defective in any way, we will replace it with a good product.

If any of the following conditions apply, we will exchange the product.
Conditions
We will accept exchanges only if the product purchased from our store is damaged or stained, or if the product or quantity is different from what was ordered.
Please do not destroy the product or packing box, but keep it in the same condition as when it was delivered, and be sure to contact us within one week of receiving the product.
The replacement item must be identical to the item purchased.
In some cases, such as limited edition items, it may not be possible to arrange for the same item. In such cases, we will refund your money.
We may not be able to accept exchanges if we are not notified in advance or if the item is not stored in the same condition as when it was delivered.
