To submit a complaint about our products or services you can contact us through one of the following options: fill in the contact form reach us by phone email us In order to handle your complaint quickly and correctly, we kindly ask you to provide the following information: your contact details (name, address, phone number) the tag or serial number of your product* your order number for enquiries about your Bugaboo webshop order If you prefer to contact us by post, please send your letter to the following address: Bugaboo International PO Box 1299 1000 BG Amsterdam The Netherlands Once your complaint has been received we will do our best to contact you by phone or email within 5 working days. *You need the unique serial number (or x-number) to register your stroller, adapter, wheeled board, Bugaboo Bee 3 bassinet or Bugaboo Donkey Duo extension set. Find this on the sticker attached to either the packing box or your product. In case of a stroller, find the sticker at the chassis. A Bugaboo Donkey Duo extension set has a sticker at the frame. Use the item code to register all other accessories. Find the item code on the sticker or label attached to your product.
