We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (except UK, Sweden, and Denmark), PayPal, Ideal (Netherlands only) and bank transfers. If you pay via bank transfer, be sure to include your order number when transferring the payment. Your order will be shipped when we receive payment. Products will be held for you for up to 12 days until payment is received. After 12 days, orders will be cancelled. Please note that it may take up to 3 working days to process payment and ship the order from our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
Once you have placed your order, we will check the payment details and then process the order in our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the order has left the warehouse. Delivery time may differ per country. In the table below please find an indication of the shipping time (in working days). These shipping times are estimations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the indicated shipping times. Please note that your local carrier may not deliver on Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders that include a Bugaboo stroller or which have a combined value of over €40, will be shipped free-of-charge under standard shipping times. For all non-stroller orders with a value under €40, a shipping fee of €4 will be added at the checkout. If you prefer express shipping, a fee of €20 will be added at the checkout. Shipping costs will be specified on your invoice.
All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided. If our carrier cannot deliver your order on the first try, two additional delivery attempts will follow. If our carrier is still not able to deliver your order, further instructions will be provided, explaining how or where to retrieve your parcel. For safety reasons, the carrier may ask for your ID on delivery of orders valued over €500.
Warranty and damage issues
Please take the time to inspect your order upon delivery, to be certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a new item to be delivered as soon as possible.
Tracking & tracing
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation in an e-mail. For orders over 2kg, this confirmation will include a tracking link to check the delivery status. Shipments to the Netherlands and United Kingdom under 2kg, are not traceable, but will be delivered within the standard delivery time.
We also offer express shipping at and additional fee of €20 fee per order. This will be added at the checkout and specified on your invoice.
Missing product / wrong product
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of delivery. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion .
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you don't get the full refund.
All returns are free of charge. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our returns process: the packing slip is also the returns label and is included in the shipping box. Please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return. They will create a return number for you to add on the packing slip. This will speed up the returns process.
You can either drop off the return product at your local post office or have it picked up by a courier.
Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.
How and when do I get my refund?
Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, we will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. Money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Bugaboo product.
