The Bugaboo Giraffe high chair features multiple accessories to support your child from birth through the toddler years and beyond. For example, the newborn set can be attached to either the Bugaboo Giraffe chair base or the Bugaboo Giraffe rocker frame, supporting your baby from birth up to 6 months of age or until they reach 9 kg (20 lbs) — whichever comes first.

Once your baby is around 6 months old, has developed sufficient back strength, and can sit upright without support, you can transition to the baby set with the chair. The baby set supports your child until they weigh 15 kg (33 lbs), or about 36 months of age.

From around 36 months onwards, your child can use the Bugaboo Giraffe without additional accessories. The chair can handle up to 100 kg (220 lbs). Ultimately, it’s up to you and your child to decide when you want to move to a regular chair.

The Bugaboo Giraffe has six dedicated accessories. The newborn set creates a high chair from birth, and can be added to a rocker frame to create a baby rocker. As your child grows, the baby set with five-point harness lets them participate in family meals. The snap-on tray allows for easy clean-up as your baby discovers new foods. And for babies growing into curious toddlers, add the baby pillow set or the junior pillow for added comfort.

Yes, the Bugaboo Stardust is designed with safety in mind and is suitable for overnight sleeping. As with any sleep product, it’s recommended to place the Bugaboo Stardust on a flat, stable surface, use only the included mattress, and always follow safe sleep guidelines.

The Bugaboo Stardust sets up and folds down easily together with the mattress, with no assembly or special techniques needed. It also comes with straps to keep it securely closed while folded and in storage. The Bugaboo Stardust also includes a carry bag with Velcro closing for extra convenience during travels.

The Bugaboo baby nest is compatible with all Bugaboo strollers that come with a bassinet. It can also be used with the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 when using the included adapters.
