Shipping policy

Orders received and authorized by 14:00PM KST generally ship the same day. Orders received and authorized after 14:00PM KST will ship by the end of the next business day*. *Priority orders placed before 14:00PM KST may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, and inventory availability.  


International shipping

We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the Republic of Korea.  


Return policy

We only accept returns for all products purchased in the Republic of Korea on the online shop within 7  days from the delivery date. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or embroidered. You must contact us for an RMA number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Please note:

  • Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new and are thus non-returnable.
  • The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
  • Please use care when opening and trying your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).
  • All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.  


Return instructions

A return address label is included with your order (it is not a prepaid shipping label). You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery). If you are returning a product, call us at +82-15770680. We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).  


Payment methods

We accept credit cards and Payco wallet service as payment methods.



Credit card payment is processed by KCP and the following credit cards are accepted. Accepted credit card: 

Shinhan, BC, KB, Hyundai, Lotte, Samsung, KEB, NH, HanaSK, Woori, Citi, Kwangju, Suhyup, Jeonbuk, Jeju.


Missing items

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact Bugaboo customer service within 30 days to inform us of the missing item(s). If you contact Bugaboo after 30 days, you must re-purchase the missing item. Bugaboo packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
