When purchasing a stroller* at Bugaboo.com, the 100 day money back guarantee offers consumers the opportunity to buy a stroller at Bugaboo.com, try it out and return it within 100 days after purchasing it if they’re not fully satisfied with it. Learn more about the 100 day money back guarantee terms and conditions. * Please note: For strollers purchased as part of a promotion, the 90-day standard return process is applied. For countries where the 100 day money back guarantee is not available, consumers will still be able to return an unused stroller within the standard 90-day return period.

What is the status of my return?

You can track your order by logging into bugaboo.mp-returns.com and entering your order number and zip code/email address. If you select the tracking number for the return label you created you will be able to track your return order. Once received by our warehouse, the refund process will start.

When will I get my refund?

The refund process will start once we have received the returned product. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for us to process the refund and for you to receive payment. Please note: when you choose to pay via Klarna, the complete refund process can take up to 30 days. The refund will always be paid to the same payment method used to place the order.

How to return a product

Search for the official Bugaboo channel on KakaoTalk and select ‘Customer Service Chatbot’ from the bottom menu.
Select Orders/Delivery/Returns, then choose return request.
Follow the instructions to enter your order information and submit your return request.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Return the product according to the provided instructions.
Once Bugaboo has received the product, it will take 5 to 10 days for you to receive the refund.

FAQ

The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that Bugaboo reserves the right not to pay the full refund.

All returns are free of charge

Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet. 

Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 90 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.

Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the payment method you used while placing the order. After that, you can choose your desired product and place a new order at Bugaboo.com.
