Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, we will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. After you inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase, we will refund your payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the product(s), or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product(s). Please know once the refund has been triggered, it might take up to 9 working days to have it reflected on your bank account.
Please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return. They will create a return number for you to fill in on the return form included in the box. This will speed up the returns process. You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund. You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.
