Terms and Conditions for the 'Bugaboo Mind Powered Walking Club’ Giveaway: 

• Bugaboo offers 1 entrant the opportunity to win a Bugaboo Mind Powered Walking Club gift box consisting of 1 x Bugaboo personalised clutch, 1x water bottle, 1 x coffee cup, 1x head phones.
• The Giveaway is open to residents over the age of 18 years residing in the United Kingdom. Employees of Bugaboo and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are excluded from this Giveaway.  
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter into this Giveaway.
• By entering into this Giveaway, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
• Participants can participate in the giveaway between Tuesday 15th and Monday 21st February 2022 at Midnight. After this date, no further entries to the Giveaway will be permitted.   Participants can partake in this Giveaway by signing up to the Mind Powered Walking Club and joining the walk on Tuesday 22nd February.
• Bugaboo will choose 1 winner who will be announced during the walk on Tuesday 22nd February.
• The winners will receive a Bugaboo Mind Powered Walking Club gift box consisting of 1 x Bugaboo personalised clutch, 1x water bottle, 1 x coffee cup, 1x head phones.
• The winner will be chosen at random by Bugaboo and will be notified during the walk on Tuesday 22nd February.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
• Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Give Away, Bugaboo may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories.
• By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Bugaboo, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize. 
• Bugaboo, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has cheated or does not meet any of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• Bugaboo reserves its right to cancel the Giveaway at any times or change the provisions of the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof. 
• The Giveaway is governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
