FAQ - Prams general
The breezy sun canopy provides extra protection and ventilation during warm weather days. Its silver fabric offers UPF 50+ sun protection while the fine mesh allows for cool breezes. For additional coverage, add the Bugaboo parasol and your own preferred methods of managing your child’s exposure to sun.
The wrist strap is there for the safety of your child. In some countries you are legally required to use it, and Bugaboo recommends you wear it at all times. Please note the wrist strap is not available as a spare part and once removed, cannot be replaced.
Bugaboo is aware that in some countries, it is common to use a bassinet in the car. The Bugaboo bassinet is not designed for that purpose. For that reason and to ensure the utmost safety of your child, Bugaboo advises using an approved car seat instead.
Most airlines will allow you to push your child in his or her Bugaboo pram to the gate. There, you can fold it into its most compact and easy-to-handle size. The airline staff will place the pram in the general luggage compartment of the plane and will deliver it to you as you exit the plane at the end of your flight. Please contact your airline for specific information. If you need to know the folded size of the pram, please visit the compare page.
Bugaboo recommends using a transport bag for extra protection and checking in the pram as odd size luggage. This minimises the chance of damage to your Bugaboo pram. Check here for information on the Bugaboo transport bag.
Your warranty is not valid for damage sustained during air travel, with or without the transport bag.
Yes, the rain cover and the sun canopy fit both the bassinet and the seat of your pram
Bugaboo does not recommend it. Your child will likely slide down or experience an uncomfortable ride if the bassinet is in a slanted position. If you use this position, Bugaboo cannot be held liable for any incidents.

To clean the foam on the handlebar, please use a sponge, warm water and liquid soap and gently rub the area that needs to be cleaned. Wipe clean any soap residue left on the metal part of the handlebar.
