FAQ | Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping costs are free for all orders over $100, otherwise $9.90. Express shipping is calculated in checkout based on the size and weight of your order as well as your delivery address.
You can deliver to a different address then your billing address, for example your work address or family address. You only need to make sure that they are both located in the same country. You can also refer to another contact person who will receiving the package.
Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you must go through the returns process. After that you can order the replacement product by placing a new order on-line.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. You can use the link in this confirmation to track your order.
Orders received before 1pm typically ship on the same day and all other orders usually ship within 1 business day. When your order has shipped, a shipment notification e-mail will be sent to you. If you have not received a shipment notification e-mail, please log into your account and review current order to review the status of your order.
Once we have received your order, approved your payment, and verified that the products are in stock, we will ship your order within one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has left our warehouse. Delivery times differ per state, please visit www.bugaboo.com/order-info to see the lead times per state.
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you miss a product please contact Bugaboo Customer Service within 48 hours. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
You can check the status of your order by accessing the "My Account" on the site and entering your e-mail address and password. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Once the order has left our warehouse, the tracking number will be included in this mail with a link to carrier's site where you can track your order in transit.
We work with different carriers for different countries, your carrier will be mentioned in the tracking URL provided in the shipping confirmation.
