FAQ - returns
Please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product you would like to return. They will create a Return Merchandise Authorization number for you and send you a Fedex return label.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order. We only accept returns for all products purchased in the United States on the bugaboo.com online shop within 90 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or embroidered. You must contact us for a RMA number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.
If you paid for your order by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded to the account that was used for the original payment within 5-7 business days.
