FAQ - ordering
Yes you can order at Bugaboo.com. You automatically receive global extended warranty on all our pushchairs if you order online. Unfortunately Bugaboo doesn't ship to all countries yet. To check if Bugaboo can deliver to your country please check here:
To place an order on Bugaboo.com, select the item you wish to purchase. From the homepage, you should select "Pushchairs" and the different product options will appear; Bugaboo Cameleon³, Bugaboo Bee, Bugaboo Donkey, Bugaboo Buffalo, Bugaboo Runner, Bugaboo accessories and parts. After selecting the correct product you can add this to your cart. Once all required products are added to your cart, you can continue to the checkout. You can checkout as a guest or with a Bugaboo account. During check out, add your personal information, select a shipping method and pay for your products. When all steps are completed and you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. For more details, check the order information page here.
Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which will confirm the items ordered, the payment method, shipping/billing address and total cost. If you have created an account, you will see your updated order information under my account/ my order section. To login or to create an account please check here. Once your order has been processed, which can take up to 1 working day, it will then be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes. If you haven't received the order confirmation in your inbox, please also check your junk folder. Otherwise contact our customer service to receive further assistance. Customer service details are as followed:

We are not able to cancel your order once the payment has been processed. If you wish to proceed with a return or refund, you can follow these procedures:
- Refuse parcel at delivery, and contact our customer service department to arrange a refund.
- Return the product following the return procedure.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and preferably to be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are free of charge. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please fill in our contact form, specifying your order number and the item code of the article you would like to return. Our customer service agents will create a pre-paid return label for you to add on the package, and this can be sent back to us via your local Post Office, unless otherwise specified during your contact with us.
Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges, so ask that you follow the returns process, and then after that you can order the replacement product by placing a new order online.
We are sorry to hear the product you want to order isn't available. If the product is showing online, but with an out of stock message the product should be coming back on stock. When you try to put the product in cart you can ask for a stock notification. Once the product is available on the web shop, you will receive a e-mail notification. So you can place your order. Unfortunately you can't add any products on order, if out of stock. If you can't find your product in the web shop at all, then it is probably phased out. Some of our older versions or past limited editions won't be available anymore.
If you have requested a stock notification, you will receive an e-mail once the item is back on stock. If you have requested the stock notification for multiple items, you will receive an e-mail every time one of the products is available again. If you haven't received an e-mail yet (please also check your junk mail) then that means product isn't available yet. Our apologies for this, we will try to get the stock back as soon as possible.
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you miss a product please contact Bugaboo Customer Service within 48 hours. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
On the web pages SSL encryption is used to protect privacy sensitive information exchange like address and payment details. SSL encryption or other encryption methods are used to secure transactions with any 3rd parties such as On-line Credit Card Authorisation.
When ordering at Bugaboo.com, you will receive a global warranty on all products and a third year warranty on pushchairs and the Bugaboo donkey duo extension set. Another advantage is that at Bugaboo we hold all active products and spare parts, and anything you need for your new or old Bugaboo can be bought from our website. Of course we do discontinue some items, once a stroller has been phased out for longer then 2 years, it can happen that spare parts will phase out after this time frame.
