To submit a complaint about our products or services you can contact us through one of the following options:

In order to handle your complaint quickly and correctly, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:
- your contact details (name, address, phone number)
- the tag or serial number of your product*
- your order number for enquiries about your bugaboo webshop order

Once your complaint has been received we will do our best to contact you by phone or email within 5 working days.
*You need the unique serial number (or x-number) to register your pushchair, adapter, wheeled board, bugaboo bee3 carrycot or bugaboo donkey duo extension set. Find this on the sticker attached to either the packing box or your product. In case of a pushchair, find the sticker on the chassis. A bugaboo donkey duo extension set has a sticker at the frame. Use the item code to register all other accessories. Find the item code on the sticker or label attached to your product.
As of August 1, 2017 the Bugaboo Passport app became obsolete and is no longer supported. We still offer all the features of the app, just a little differently. Visit bugaboo.com/passport for more information on the removal of the Bugaboo Passport app from the iOS App Store and Android’s Play Store.
