Bugaboo.com handles two different return policies. There is a return policy for the Bugaboo® pushchairs and a return policy for the Bugaboo® Luggage systems. Below we describe the two return policies and how we handle a refund. 

Missing / wrong product

After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of delivery. All bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion. 

What is the return policy for bugaboo® pushchairs?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days after the product was received to get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product, please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won´t get the full refund.

All returns are free of charge (including shipping costs). So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase or part of your purchase you can return your product following the below instructions:

1. Please fill in our contact form

2. Specify your order number and the item code of the article you would like to return

3. Customer service agents will create a pre-paid return label for you to add on the package

4. The product can then be sent back to us via your local Post Office, unless otherwise specified during your contact with us

We do not support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process as above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

How and when do I get my refund?

Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, we will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. Refund will be processed within 14 days from the date that the item was returned. Please know once the refund has been triggered, it might take up to 9 working days to have it reflected on your bank account.
