Missing / wrong product

After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of delivery. All bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion. 

What is the return policy for bugaboo® strollers?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund.

We don’t charge handling fees for returns. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our returns process: Please contact our Customer Service Center to let them know which product(s) you would like to return. They will create a return number for you to add on the packing slip. This will speed up the returns process. 

You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.

Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online. 

How and when do I get my refund?

Refund depends on your selected payment method. The payment will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for the original payment. Money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your bugaboo product.

What is the return policy for bugaboo® luggage systems?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the product was received to get a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hang tags and wrappings) preferably in the original packing to prevent damage while in transit. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you don't get the full refund. 

All returns are free of charge (including shipping costs). So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase or part of your purchase you can return your product following the below steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Centre to let them know which product you would like to return.
2. They will create a return number for you that will be shared to you by email.
3. Add the return number on the packing slip.
4. You may either drop off the return product at your local post office or have it picked up by a courier based on the instruction that you receive by email.

We do not support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process as above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

How and when do I get my refund?

Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, we will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. Money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Bugaboo product. You will receive a confirmation of the refund.
