The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies in line with Bugaboo mission and vision in order to strengthen the market leader position in the stroller market.
This position manages Bugaboo International’s full roster of digital marketing efforts (both B2C and B2B); from digital branding to e-commerce, CRM, social media marketing and mobile, to maintain and strengthen Bugaboo’s position as innovative, loved and iconic mobility brand and market leader in the stroller market.
the following tasks apply to the job
- Provide thought leadership and strategic vision across the organization to define and communicate the online vision and strategy from a marketing point of view.
- Develop regional/local business strategies and online experiences that meet and exceed business and consumer objectives, leading to long-term consumer relationships with the Bugaboo brand.
- Manage all digital marketing efforts (digital branding, online advertising, CRM, social media marketing, e-commerce, mobile marketing, …) to drive customer reach, increase traffic and improve customers’ experiences.
- Establish web metrics to ensure best practices and measurability of digital channels, design reporting processes and drive performance improvements through testing, tracking and analysis data.
- Collaborate closely and partner with other disciplines to define differentiating yet actionable strategies and assure that online business objectives are delivered as defined.
- Work with web team to make sure story is set and products are populated in storefront plan, that inventory is in (or an ETA), double check images and copy and review whiteboards to ensure strong product merchandising.
- Ensure the integrity of information through implementation and maintenance of established management practices, processes and control.
- Regularly check the websites/Quality Assurance testing, particularly during new product deployments and new functionalities on sites.
- Assist designers and technical producers to create and deploy new content on Bugaboo.com and Bugaboo e-mails.
- Keep current with the latest online/web trends and technology to keep digital marketing efforts competitive in the market place.
essential requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience (branding, e-commerce, CRM) preferably with a premium brand within an international (retail) environment.
- Experience with the realization of large digital productions.
- Traditional retail marketing experience is a pre.
- Experienced with consumer product websites and direct marketing programs.
- Solid understanding of web metrics.
- Problem solving skills and creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work from the high-level conceptual stage through tactical execution.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking and analytics software. Proficient with MsOffice.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Dutch.
