Customer Service Center
Our customer service team is available on working days from 9am – 6pm, CET. We can be contacted by phone or e-mail.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL (The Netherlands only), PayPal and bank transfers.
Once we have received your order, your payment is approved and product is in stock, we will ship your order within one working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has left our warehouse. Delivery timelines differ per country.
All orders that contain a Bugaboo stroller or which have a value of more than €75 EURO/GBP 75, will be shipped free-of-charge under normal standard shipping leadtimes.
All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided us. In case our carrier cannot deliver your order, 2 (two) additional delivery attempts will follow. In case our carrier still is not able to deliver your order he will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.
Warranty and damage issues
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at 0800 5878265 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.
Tracking & tracing
Your Shipment Confirmation, which we will send you by e-mail once your order has been shipped, includes a link which you can use to track and trace the status of the delivery of your order.
If you need a product urgently, you can have it shipped by express delivery. An additional fee will be added to your invoice of €20 EURO / GBP 20 per order.
Missing product / wrong product
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you miss a product please contact Customer Service within 48 hours. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.
You can choose to drop off the return product at a post office or have it picked up by a carrier.
Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges. So if you would like to exchange a product, just go through the returns process. After that you can order the replacement product by placing a new order on-line.
How and when do I get my refund?
There are two ways of getting your refund. If you paid your order by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded on the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by bank transfer or iDEAL, the money will be transferred to your bank account. We will then contact you to receive your bank account details for the refund.
Bugaboo, as the manufacturer, guarantees consumers that the company's products are free of material and manufacturing defects and warrants the trouble-free operation of the products in accordance with their manuals and technical specifications under conditions of normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
The serial number stickers on the products shall not be removed from the products under any circumstances. Removing the sticker from any of the products shall render the warranty invalid.
